The Delve unavailable on Kindle Fire.

I try to start a new Delve campaign on my Kindle Fire and the Delve is listed as unavailable. I don't see a way to unlock it. I've wiped my Kindle Fire and reinstalled Road to Legend and still get the same behavior.
