What is the order of operations on the interaction of these two cards?

Let's assume Ship A with Zuckuss has no stress at this point, fires at Ship B with Latts Razzi crew and gets three hits. Ship B rolls 1 evade. If Ship A uses Zuckuss to force ship B to reroll the evade, would B (Latts Razzi) then be able to use A's stress to add an evade result?

In scenario 2, let's assume Ship A was already stressed when it fired and B used Latts' ability to add a result, could A use Zuckuss to reroll the "free evade?"
