Bring Palp and 2 X7 defenders and stack those tokens to the moon. Or a TIE swarm...That's probably the most broken homebrew card I've ever seen. It would have to be a 20 point upgrade to be remotely balanced. Could you imagine Fel with that card? He could enter combat with a pile of focus and evade tokens.Nope.
