legofiddl3 18 Posted December 8, 2016 (edited) On page 270 of the core rules, the Hydraulic Control Circuits rules talk about who gets to choose the effected component. Where is this clarified, as I can't find anywhere in the Ion rules that says the attacker gets to choose in the first place, only that Ion deals strain. Page ref always appreciated. Thanks!
