So far I've seen the following :

 

• FFG Preview Event Exclusive Oversized Double-Side (Kylo Ren/Rey) Plastic Card (was this limited to 200?)
• FFG Preview Event Exclusive Oversized Thick Acrylic Card (seems to be rarest so far?)
• Full Art Rey GenCon 2016 Promo Card
• Full Art Kylo Ren GenCon 2016 Promo Card
• Pre Release Rey Promo Aurebesh Card with Print
• Rey Promo Print on Canvas - 3'x2' (Raffle Prize at FFG Preview Event)

There is one item that causes confusion

 

GTM - Game Trade Magazine #200 with Promo Cards - These promo cards are not Star Wars : Destiny cards, they are from other games. SWD is just the cover article.

 

Anyone else got anything to add, or any details or corrections to the above?

The "thick acrylic card" there is two: a Rey one and a Kylo one
