General Zodd 459 Posted November 15, 2016 Okay, timing question here... Under Dealing Damage/Horror on page 7 of the rules ref, you assign damage/horror to characters, or asset cards. You may not assign damage/horror to an asset card in excess of it's capacity. Got that. But, can you assign both horror AND damage up to its capacity? So if you have that friendly librarian hand you a book, then hang around taking up a valuable ally slot, can you assign him one damage AND one horror before he buys the farm? Or do you have to choose one to take him out and suffer the rest yourself? I think you can assign both, as you *assign* it before you *apply* it, but I am conscious of the Grim rule... Opinions? rsdockery 537 Posted November 15, 2016 As you said, you assign damage before you apply it, so you're free to assign damage and horror both up to capacity. The card doesn't leave play until you actually apply the damage. 3 CommissarFeesh, Robin Graves and General Zodd reacted to this
General Zodd 459 Posted November 15, 2016 Lovely, thanks! I had a disagreement with someone and wanted to check my logic. Cheers!
