bgrelle 246 Posted November 15, 2016 I am going to say yes with VI and no with adaptability (I know you didn't ask about adaptability but I wanted to cover all the bases) since with VI your PS is considered +2 during ship placement meaning it is +2 as soon as you include VI. This seems correct based on precedent from the ept astromech or mist hunter title or royal guard tie.
