Replace one Conner net with either seismic or thermal.  gives you one point to upgrade intel agent to someone actually useful... like Rey, or Jyn Erso, or something.

 

Also, Autoblaster turret or Dorsal or Ion cannon Turrets all have worked well historyically on the Ghost, dependent on your play style. so if TLT doesnt do the job, try one of the others.

To be honest, they don't look dirty, they look like a painting accident.

Well I like the original paint job on most of the x-wing ships but I hate the paint job on the K, Ghost and Phantom. So I've tried painting them a couple times and have failed pretty miserably.

This time as I was cleaning the paint off I just smudged the paint to make them look dirty (or critted). I'm aware they don't look great by any means I just hate their original paint jobs. Any ideas how to improve their paint jobs with my very limited talent?

Thematically I suppose they could be the Dirty Birds that hide on asteroids pretending to be wreckage and surprise attack unsuspecting Imps.

Your probably correct with all your suggestions judging by what I've seen on the matches I've watched online. My play style however with this list is to run away with both my k wing and lothal rebel and keep them both alive as long as possible until they make a mistake and I can conner net them. Intel Agent let's me see their manouver and know exactly where to SLAM to get an unsuspecting conner net in their path. Sabine conner nets are devastating and 2 is never enough. Not only do they do 2 damage but they leave the victim very vulnerable.

Why don't you just strip all the paint off instead of trying to cover up what you don't like?

As it is now it just looks like you threw dirt on them.

I've used a crafting knife to scrape off paint even.

It's just a shame you've settled for dirty when you can easily remove what you dislike.

Well if it were me I'd carve that docked one right out. It is removable. I've seen people do it and post photos.

These repaints look pretty good. You notice that they all just have 2 colors in them. Maybe that's my problem with the original paint job. Too many colors. Looks like a child wanted a rainbow starship

P.S. to answer another post above.  It isn't that I dislike the original at all. I like it and it is just like the show I think. But it is a little to clean and not well used compared to most, not all, of the other rebellion ships and that it is a freighter. I would have expected to see more missing panels for repairs, more dirt and grim, more exhaust or atmo-entry blackening.

 

Just more lived in I guess.
