Hi, I was wondering if there was anyone in the dallas area who would be willing to play. I'd to play as a player, so i need a GM. I know there's the plano group but they're a little far off. I live close to grand prairie and Arlington.

I'd like to play a Jedi recruited by the Rebellion, my character is fairly weak on purpose however so that he'll be compatible with other AoR characters.

If there's no one, I'd be interested in joining someone's online campaign too

Welcome to the forums Jon! I know there is a group that meets at Wild West Comics on Cooper street, right between GP and Arlington! Outside of that, my group runs in Richland Hills, but we're stuffed at 9 players with 2 players who are expected to return sometime in 2017. 11 is a bit much for me, and the thought of 12 has my little head spinning!

I'd join the Order 66 Podcast group on facebook and check there. A lot of that crew is based out of the Dallas area. And of course check out Gamer Nation Con in April, which is basically a Star Wars RPG con in dallas.

Although I've only recently started listening, from context (mentioning going to Madness to make purchases, etc), it would seem that they, too, are in the general Plano area. But, I could be wrong. Never hurts to check.

I just moved back to Fort Worth, from Houston. So I'm interested in seeing if there is any action going on. When does the group at Wild West meet? Alrington isn't that far and I'd love to get into some table top Star Wars if possible.

I'll be in Cameron Tx. In April so I am looking around Austin and I think Dallas is not that far either... Wich is odd to me cause i am used to 10 miles taking 2 hours and there that will get you way farther...

Not Dallas per say but we have a living campaign in austin every 4th sunday of the month. We have people from san antonio drive up for it. we could also send our adventures to a local GM if you don't want to make the drive.

The Plano group runs some games out of Frisco, and there's a weekly game there at Doc's Comics and Games (https://www.facebook.com/DocsComicsAndGames/) on Wednesdays.
