Asmodee refuses to support international customer

Wrote in regarding missing components from a Star Wars Armada set.  This renders it an expensive but completely useless game.  After a couple days Asmodee  responded: because I'm out of their contracted area, I'm screwed.  Case closed.  

 

So, I wonder if anyone actually working with Fantasy Flight can help me out.  This really isn't the customer service I remember from Fantasy Flight Games.

 

If not, I suppose -- beware!  For a game that has World Championships, your part of the world may not be supported.

 

For those wondering, this exotic locale they won't support is Thailand.  I presume this eliminates most of Asia, as well.
