jpersons73 86 Posted September 22, 2016 Admiral Titus At the start of the first round, you may change 1 enemy ship's speed by 1. So does this mean at the star of the first round he can make a speed 1 ship set its dial to speed 0? It does not say a min, just want to be clear before I add or subtract him from my set up. Figure he could be good vs a large deck that wants to stack tokens. Keep them out of the fight for 2-3 rounds if the opposition does not have a Nav token in the stack. Could also be deadly in Fleet Ambush if the opposition starts at speed 0 and does not have any Nav tokens set up
Drasnighta 26,832 Posted September 22, 2016 Yes, but be aware of when "At the Start of the Round" is. The Round consists of 4 Phases. The first Phase is the Command Phase. This means that Admiral Titus must be used before the enemy has set Command Dials. This will allow them to simply have Navigate as their first dial, and undo your Admiral Titus. But it still forces them to do that. Which woul dbe worth about 2 points. There is otherwise no Minimum Speed, so Speed 0 would be applicable. 1 jpersons73 reacted to this
