There is a version of OC that prohibits magic from being played, can you still play magic/friend cards?

If no, then what about the M/F that were already in play?

Olympus Coliseum lvl 3 states "You cannot play magic here". 

Due to this effect, you are prohibited from playin magic while you dwell on this world.  Challenge your friend, 'n you'll be able to play magic again.

The effect of magic/friends is simple: While in hand, treat them as a magic card.  Once on the field, they become friend cards.  Meanin they are consider'd magic cards (for the most part) until you play them. 

Once on the field, they are consider'd friend cards, 'n become the target of cards such as Gravity, Monstro, Simba, etc.  Otherwise, if you play them before you play Olympus Coliseum lvl 3, nothin will happen.  'N even after you play the card, they're consider'd friend cards, 'n no longer magic.

Unless it states like Phil that they are no included, assume they are. OC lvl 3 blocks Magic Friend when on the person that played OC lvl 3's world, It DOES NOT have a full field effect like Monstro lvl 1
