Slanesh 58 Posted September 12, 2016 I just want them to drop a bomb on us - like 3 new campaigns, 10$ each with quests that actually require some expansions, lets say labirynth of ruin tiles. 1 The Cocky Rooster reacted to this

Volkren 153 Posted September 12, 2016 https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2016/9/12/side-jobs/ Yes, there will be alternative maps, which means that we will be able to use expansion tiles \ /
Otakuon 241 Posted September 12, 2016 I know my friends who passed up the Hero and Monster collections because they already had 1e stuff and used the conversion kit will be upset by this news. I for one, as someone who has collected all the 2e content thus far, find this welcome and surprising news. In fact, I appreciate that FFG waited to announce the update until it had already shown up on the app store. None of this announce and they wait weeks for it to show up nonsense. ChanceRiley 44 Posted September 12, 2016 Seeing this, makes me hope that maybe Lieutenant Packs may in the future unlock some content. Probably not, but maybe, just maybe, Dual Requirement Quests. More than just an alternate map (which is a good system already) but something more along the lines of using all three types of dragons as set groups in a quest, or using agents and their corresponding expansion to provide a different experience. (I personally, switched out Shadow Dragons for my Valyndra mini when I played "Temple of the Elemental Dragon") I just think it would be cool, if having multiple expansions would lead to a more optimal experience. 1 Volkren reacted to this

I will love to see a campaign akin to the original Road to Legend first edition, when the overlord can choose a evil avatar from various options. They can do this with the lieutenants in the app, and every lieutenant can have its own evil plot, with different quests and so on. 3 Volkren, maxam and ChanceRiley reacted to this

A campaign where, generally its the same, but each leiutenant adds its own twist and content to the campaign. It would certainly add more value to the leiutenant packs. Sadly though, the best thing I can see that isnt making a full campaign for each leiutenant(which would take years) is 2-3 quest slots in a campaign, where the super-plot with the leiutenant occurs. Like side quests, but each one you take on unlocks different quests for later. After having written this all out, I have realized I am describing the rumor system, in a way. 1 maxam reacted to this
Rauhughes 502 Posted September 13, 2016 Anyone else notice it says '... The opportunity to earn additional gold and xp...' When discussing side quests. Corey me if I'm erong but currently no side quest give out XP rewards do they? 2 maxam and The Cocky Rooster reacted to this
Volkren 153 Posted September 13, 2016 Anyone else notice it says '... The opportunity to earn additional gold and xp...' When discussing side quests. Corey me if I'm erong but currently no side quest give out XP rewards do they? Yeah, it can be like some events that give XP to certain classes. For the gold, well, we know it won't affect much as 1 XP will. 1 The Cocky Rooster reacted to this

I would like this. I have a few packs that I've owned for a long time and never, ever used because I've never managed to play that paticular campaign with people. Currently you only see them in Major Perils.
