[Zarihell mini] What condition is your mini?

I'm trying to see whether I should ask FFG for replacement.

Normally I don't bother with "small blemish", but you pay big price for 1 important mini in these lieutenant packs, so I think in this case we should be more finicky.

The thing is, I scour Google for some bought Zarihell mini images, not FFG's master sculpt. And it seems other ppl got the same blemishes I got?

1. There is thick ridge running down her midriff, which looking at the master sculpt is supposed to be bare.
2. There is small notch on top of her left thigh, which looks like someone used a metal clamp on the left leg piece when inserting it into her figure.

Did other buyers of Zarihell here encounter these 2 blemishes?  Photos now included.  See her midriff and her right thigh.

I received mine last week and didn't notice any major issues with it. I'll check it when I'm off work.

My Zarihell is identical to yours, so I don't think a replacement will help.

 

The thick ridge is a mold line, which you'll need to scrape off yourself if it bothers you. You won't see them on the master, of course, but pretty much all miniatures have them to a certain extent.

The notch on the thigh just looks like a crease to me, but if it bothers you it wouldn't be too much trouble to green stuff out.

Hello, my mini has the same flaws. Looks like replacement wont help.

 

It can be fixed with cutting ridge off and adding some green stuff into the notch before painting

Well, the mini looks perfect to me. I even noticed the level of details on this mini, she has toes

The belly ridge is a seamline, as it continues up onto her... corset?  Overall the quality on my cast was much better than my coreset minis, many of which have terrible mold displacement flash.

Trying to see if asking for replacement would help or not.

Wow. I guess the factory just has an assembly line flaw. Using some sort of metal clamp for pushing the leg piece into the torso piece. *Shakes head...*
