Aghora and Reina

Like the title suggests, how long does the increased rez cost from reina's ability last?  I found a ruling on ancur that stated it lasted "while the corp rezzed the ice".  I had someone use that ruling as basis for their argument that they could break a just rezzed architect with aghora but that they would be unable to do the same on later runs?  Commissar Feesh, I came seeking your guidance!

No, Reina's ability only affects the moment the ice is rezzed. Once you proceed to the Encounter step, the ice isn't being rezzed any more.
