Granted, I played against someone who was still new at the game. Keep the fleet together except for the MC30 who can try to go around and flank. Use it to bait during deployment. Yavaris makes the fighters/bombers extremely scary and even if I get engaged by TIE-Fighters and Yavaris also makes short work of them by making X-Wings or B-Wings attack twice. I wiped 3 tie fighter squadrons in 1 activation. Still, critics are always welcome.Gallant Heaven of course intels the Brace if it gets 0 accuracy and XI-7 makes redirect less of an issue. Yavaris does its thing by being totally amazing. The MC30 brings the hurt with Ackbar (rolled for 10 dmg on 1 lucky roll). Sybreed 1,080 Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) Btw, this list almost won vs a guy who had a list of 440 points (43 points over me). Slight mistake on our parts, when he said his list was of 403 points, we said eh sure it's fine, but it was actually worth much more than that. It was an honest mistake on his part, he simply miscalculated. And he also had a crapload of squadrons, worth over 145 points with 4 heroes, that completely neutered Yavaris. Granted, he was new as you said, and I'm sure we can all remember how terrible we were at maneuvering to start out... Anyways, I'm interested to hear what you think of Admo versus Foresight in this list. I've considered putting in a scout frigate as foresight with Ackbar's support. Like, when you were defending, how often would you have rather had Foresight than Admo, and would that have affected when you went in for a close attack run? Like, when you were defending, how often would you have rather had Foresight than Admo, and would that have affected when you went in for a close attack run? Thanks! I have to admit I was a bit salty at first, because I can barely get 1 game every 45 days, so when I get one going, I want it to go well and within the rules of the game. The guy who I played against had already a few games played, but he arrived completely unprepared (can't blame him, at first he thought we would play M:TG) and made a list on the fly while I arrived with 5 different lists made on Warlords xD. I had to pardon my "saltiness" to the guy, but he said it didn't show too much xD I guess I'm better at hiding my emotions than I thought. As for your question, I personally use Foresight with Mon Mothma exclusively. When I don't go Mothma, I prefer using Admonition because it's still a 100% effective at close range while Foresight is only 50% effective. It's a good late game title that can save your MC30 if your opponent gets too many good rolls. But YMMV, some people might have different opinions on the titles Edited September 1, 2016 by Sybreed
