Trying to change avatar breaks forum for hours

Any time I try to change my user avatar, I get locked out of any community.fantasyflightgames.com URL with a Cloudfront error. The error lasts for 2-4 hours.

 

Error message looks something like:

 

ERROR.

 

The request could not be satisfied.

Request blocked.
