1. Can I spend a green defense token for its effect then discard it for the title effect??

2. If an opponent spends an accuracy on a defense token, can I discard it for the title effect, even though it can't be spent??

1) Yes. Discarding is not spending so there's no problem there. This is basically the best way to use Admonition.

2) Yes. Spending an Accuracy to lock down a token only prevents it from being spent, not from being discarded for other effects.

 

The Admonition title is very powerful because of how it works, or to be more precise: how your opponent can't do anything to stop it. It doesn't appear that way at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll see how good it can be.
