Desslok 13,571 Posted June 6, 2016 Don't get me wrong: an occasional page of discussing breasts is great by me, but not when it's happening this much. But maybe that's just my stuffy American-ness showing. To be fair, I haven't mentioned "breasts" in several pages now. . . . . aw damnit. 2 Maelora and GMRen reacted to this

Maelora 5,807 Posted June 6, 2016 To be fair, I haven't mentioned "breasts" in several pages now. . . . . aw damnit. To briefly step aside into the off-topic-ness: Breasts aren't obscene in America, nipples (women's nipples, anyway) are. (Although some folks are less comfortable with them than others.) /off-topicness Not. Gonna. Bite. I've already been told off on another thread for invoking Desslok's talents for derailing threads. He's sort of like Hastur now, say his name and he pops up to derail you... 3 RadMissFliss, GMRen and Desslok reacted to this

Kael 1,865 Posted June 8, 2016 Does anyone have an idea when Savage Spirits will arrive to Amazon?? Amazon tends to be slow on getting FFG books. Your best bet is to try Miniature Market or Cool Stuff Inc if you're looking to buy online. Otherwise I fear the people who may be currently selling on Amazon may be charging a bit too much. Frankly, I've found Amazon to be horrifically slow when it comes to any RPG books not published by WotC or Paizo. Hoping my FLGS actually has copies in stock soon... Edit: Brain-fart on my part, as remark should have been that Amazon is horrifically slow for non-WotC/Paizo RPG products. Absol197 5,296 Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) Because those gungans live on planets, and those death star blasts destroy the planet, killing everyone else as well as the gungan. So you're not so much saving the gungan as everyone else they've foolishly endangered. Edited June 8, 2016 by Absol197 1 GMRen reacted to this

Absol197 5,296 Posted June 8, 2016 (edited) So, we'll probably get another adventure next (although I was wrong about that with Age of Rebellion, so fingers crossed), but after that...COME ON, MYSTIC BOOK!!! Music is by far my favorite career across all three lines. Which probably means it'll be last. My guess for the order in which we'll get the new Force careers is currently as follows: Sentinel Mystic Consular Warrior I feel like they'll do one of the "Big Three" Jedi careers followed by one of the less traditional careers in an alternating pattern. Donovan Morningfire 10,200 Posted June 8, 2016 So finally got my copy (turns out issue FLGS had last Friday was distributor shorted them half their shipment, which included this book). In general, pretty good. Yeah, there's some repeat stuff and the species choices are nothing spectacular (then again, I tend to stick with Humans in most RPG systems anyway), but the talent trees look pretty interesting. Executioner definitely reads more "sniper" than anything. Overall, not sure how much of this I'd use as a player, but it's always nice to have more options available. 1 Maelora reacted to this
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted June 9, 2016 I think the Executioner makes a great "Savage from the Wilds" character, ferocious, untamed and vicious. It's an interesting new perspective for me on a way to play a Star Wars Force User. Navigator is odd, but I can see they wanted to create a Specialisation that survived the wilds through Intelect and the Force rather than Cunning, I don't know if they succeeded. 1 GMRen reacted to this
Decorus 672 Posted June 9, 2016 No No these are YUUUGE laser beams the bestest guys made high quality top of the line only vaporize single gungans at a time. 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted June 9, 2016 The penny just dropped for me that 2 of the Seekers 6 Career Skills are Piloting and yet there isn't a pilot/driver Specialisation. The Navigator sure can get you there quickly, but none of them are dedicated to the actual driving of the vehicles, very interesting choice by FFG. Lordbiscuit 566 Posted June 9, 2016 Just out of curiosity, but what is the range of the bow? Just curious because I'm already hyper stoked for a character concept I haven't put together yet. XD

A seeker specialization based on piloting/driving might step on the toes of the star fighter ace specialization in the warrior career. I guess they figured the piloting aspect of exploration was covered by piloting (space) and piloting (planetary) begin career skills.
