RAW vs RAI to others. Asking for Clarification is indeed Intent. As you can see from some of my other posts lately, going straight on RAW can be... Silly. But without Intent that's given from those who can give it, its all youv'e got - which can be silly. Yes yes. But I also think he didn't really understand the question... Hello, Keith. In response to your question: Rules Question:The Contested Outpost card reads "The station does not obstruct attacks and does not have the ability to discard damage cards or recover hull points" It doesn't say that the the station would not provide obstruction for the purpose of squadron engagement. Is this a correct interpretation? Does the station still provide obstruction for the purpose of squadrons being engaged or not when playing the Contested Outpost objective? While playing Contested Outpost, the station does not obstruct line of sight or attacks between squadrons as well as ships. Thanks for your question!
