Ship Attack Range Against Fighter Squadrons

At what range can a ship attack a squadron? Is it dependent on the dice color? Or is it only at close range?

it is dependent on the ship's anti-squadron dice, so dice color.

Black - short range

Blue - medium range

That's because its not there

it doesn't tell you to do anything different, so you assumedly have to do what you normally do, which is use Dice based on their Range
