CaptainICT vs Lyraeus is finished. After a long combat where the bomber swarms blotted space, I come out victorious but down a ship. . .

I was player 1 and choose Advanced Gunnery as the objective

CaptainICT: 92 points

Lyraeus: 356 points

Final score 264. A 9-1 Victory for Yavin a Laugh!

We both came down a ship. Unfortunately mine was bigger, and dear god his blue die. We both made a few changes. I think all of his ships had a damage card, but only killed 1. When it mattered he rolled well, I didn't.

 

From what I recorded: Of 52 blue shots (likely I missed a few) 32 hits, 10 each of crits and accuracies. It was the most amazing anti-squad fire I have seen to date.  See here for what it feels like:

Also, discovered that range is not the same from squads to ships, which it should be.

I mean, the amount of squadrons deployed was spectacular, but I'm left with the empty feeling of unfulfillment.

?

 

 

I didn't see them blow each other into shrapnel, which was the reason I was watching them play :(.

 

On the plus side, Matt's advertising is great! A real talent :)

I've edited the first page post with blue for Imperial Order and Red for lucky Rebel trickery.
