Can a card like Net Chip host a card that in already installed in the Runner's Rig?

This question came up on Jinteki today, and I am not sure about the answer.

 

Let's say you (as the runner) have Magnum Opus installed, then you throw down a couple of Net Chips on later turns. Is it legal to move the already installed Magnum to the newly installed Net Chips and free up the MU space?

I don't see anywhere that says you can do that (without an ability from a card that specifically states so).

From the FAQ:
 

If a card allows other cards to be hosted on it, those cards must be hosted on the card when they are installed, unless a card says otherwise.
