OtterJethro 58 Posted April 3, 2016 The Falling Avalanche talent is when you would buy need to learn it. Page 142 in F&D core Rulebook covers it.
Absol197 5,296 Posted April 3, 2016 No you don't. There's no "+" in front of the damage rating, so no extra Brawn damage. Shien Expert and Armorer have the Falling Avalanche talent that lets you add your Brawn to an attack at the cost of 2 strain, but that's the only way currently. Blackbird888 4,110 Posted April 3, 2016 Well... Unless you're using the ancient sword or training stick.

Lordbiscuit 566 Posted April 3, 2016 Aye, the general way of telling whether you can or can't apply brawn is whether there is a + beside the weapon or not.So a vibro axe is 3+Brawn, so the stronger you are, the higher the damage yeild from the weapon. A lightsaber meanwhile is just 6, so it deals 6 base damage and doesn't apply brawn. That being said, there are other perks to having Brawn with a lightsaber, as it's your default skill without any of the lightsaber tree's and more success generally adds more damage anyway.
