treybert 893 Posted March 21, 2016 (edited) I recently discovered oven cooked bacon, and it's awesome. 1) put your bacon on a foil lined tray 2) put bacon into cold oven (so the fat renders before burning) 3) set oven to 400 4) wait until crispy (20ish minutes, depending on your cut thickness) 5) remove bacon and eat 6) throw away foil when fat is cool, super easy cleanup!
