You don't have enough shuttles to deny access to your bunker. Play 3 with FCS, Tactician and Tactical Jammer. EL with SD, and you can properly set up board control and protect the tie.

 

The list above has been talked about in these forums before. I think it's the best way to try and turtle up and be "that" guy. Fun list.

 

Not that your list is bad mind you. But the Doomshuttle is way too overbuilt to want to use Vader. Epsilon Leader can't be properly protected and/or you're too backed up in a corner to cover enough of the board to make it work. And two shuttles just don't have the firepower and health to live long enough to beat most lists coming back at you. Even if they have to make attack runs because you aren't moving.

 

Plus once one of the shuttles goes down the jig is up. And your opponent won't be intimidated by 2 shuttles. You have to bring 3 or 4 to make them go "Uh-oh".

 

My 2 cents.

During a store championship, I ran a similar setup, with the sole intention of seeing what type of reactions I would receive during each round (being that the even was capped at 32, and I didn't care to try for top-8).  My setup was:

- Omicron Group Pilot with Advanced Sensors, Palpatine, and Heavy Laser Cannons

- Omicron Group Pilot with Fire-Control System, Vader, and Anti-Pursuit Lasers

- "Epsilon Leader"

- "Wampa"

 

By placing the shuttles and 3 obstacles appropriately, I was attempting to force each of my opponents out of their strategy (and comfort zone).  I ended up going 3 and 2 and finishing 10th in the event (when I was truly expecting to sit at/near the bottom all day).

 

As the previous poster has stated, this list is 'Oh, you're THAT guy' reaction.  However, it provided quite a few chuckles, head scratches, etc. throughout the course of the event, which is the only thing that I was going for (aside from the alt-art C-3PO).

 

If you decide to run it, good luck to you and have fun as your opponents try to decide how to approach it.  Swarms of 5+ ships and stresshogs will likely be your Achilles heel.
