Regarding Medium:

If there are multiple Mediums in play and they all have counters on them, do their individual R&D accesses apply?

Example: 2 Medium with 2 counters each = 4 additional cards accessed?

Regarding Imp:

If there are multiple Imps in play, can each Imp trash a card per turn?

Reagrding Medium:

 

Yes and no. All the counters apply, but you are mis-counting - the first counter on Medium does not grant any additional accesses (so 2 counters each is only 2 additional cards, for a total of 3 cards accessed). Medium reads "Each virus counter after the first on Medium allows you to access 1 additional card" (emphasis added).

 

Regading Imp:

 

Yes. The "Self-referential language" rule means cards which refer to themselves by title only ever refer to the single copy of themsleves.

Imp doesn't have self referential language WRT it's trash ability. But two cards have separate effects, with separate limits. Nothing on imp would limit any other card in play, so it doesn't.
