Advice wanted : Doghfight heavy SW books and comics

Years ago I read the most selled books that tell us about post Palpatine fall. But there are so many books and comics.

If you know about interesting space combat products, please tell me. Not about The Force, the Sith or related. About howling Ties and powerfull K wings, etc

Most of the Star Wars books have varying degrees of flightporn, but I'd wager X-Wing series. NJO had a massive amount of it too.

The aforesaid newcanon book Lost Stars. I personally thought it was pretty good.
