Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 Checking out the mouth for a tooth, of which there are plenty, you notice something wrong with the injuries the beast sustained
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 The wounds look days old, not minutes, and even as you watch the tissues look to be healing... the wounds of this monstrosity are healing at an alarmingly rapid pace. Perhaps post Quegs reaction to that
Prophyt 776 Posted October 16, 2016 Queg will want to try a kick them while they're down attack on the beast
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 (edited) Simple difficulty. How much is Quegs fear and anger driving him, on a scale of 1-5? Edited October 16, 2016 by Richardbuxton

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 Two I believe, so +20... and some Conflict for Queg getting emotionally caught up in his fears, letting it control him.
Prophyt 776 Posted October 16, 2016 How much conflict? : 1d100 24 +20 for previous crits, +20 for Vicious 2. 64: "Slightly Dazed: target is disoriented until the end of the encounter" Pfft.
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 Well I was thinking it would be between 1 and 5, 6 seems a lot for getting angry, WDYT?

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 16, 2016 Ok, I'm happy with that... the arrow wounds heal over almost immediately, leaving a small scar on the scaly skin
whafrog 10,384 Posted October 17, 2016 Hi, hope it doesn't ruin anything, but I'm afraid Lalam is going to bow out... again! Thanks to all for some amusing interactions, cheers 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 17, 2016 I should let the rest of you know this beast is well and truly dead, it's just the flesh that's healing even if it's heart won't restart... your characters don't know that though
Kaigen 826 Posted October 18, 2016 So long, whafrog. Be well.

Prophyt 776 Posted October 20, 2016 Hrm...Can I make a Fear check for Queg to attempt to harvest materials, regardless?
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 20, 2016 Seems reasonable, there are all sorts of things you could take; Teeth, toenails, scales. Let's make it a Easy check, upgraded twice with a setback.
Prophyt 776 Posted October 20, 2016 Heart, stomach contents, teeth, hide, etc. you know, the basics. Flip a DP C'mon. It's surely d-d-dead?: 1eP+1eD+1eC+1eS 1 success, 3 threat WOO! 1 Success. I'll take it!
sonovabith 936 Posted October 20, 2016 (edited) OK, so all the bird creatures are gone and the Maw is killed correct? Is Naught back on her feet? If all of the threats appear to be eliminated at this point and team members are on their feet, Larik would like to do a bit of poking around in the halls and corridors up here. EDIT: I'm also hitting myself with a stim. Is a cool or discipline check appropriate now for strain recovery? Prophyt 776 Posted October 20, 2016 I think someone borrowed 3 of Queg's stimpacks to heal Naught a little while ago 1 sonovabith reacted to this
