Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 She is bigger than the hole in the floor... Triumph to allow everyone to re-roll fear with a boost is a good one. Those threat are causing me a headache though, Im thinking your "exposed" for this next round as you tell everyone it will be alright, removing your defence for the next turn. whafrog 10,384 Posted October 5, 2016 I don't need to re roll, I just want to stab Queg. In the hallway. With a stimpack. 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 Perhaps a free maneuver for you then instead?
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 Essentially Maw is distracted for a moment, allowing everyone else to recover their senses

I meant she chases "us" out the hangar door and falls the 200 meters down.
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 ahh. ok i got ya now. Being Silhouette 4 Naught could conceivably throw her too, just don't hit a friendly by mistake
Kaigen 826 Posted October 5, 2016 At this point I'm more inclined to try using Bind on her. It'd be a decent way to hold her at bay while everyone regroups. 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 Well it is your turn to act, if your wanting to do something
whafrog 10,384 Posted October 5, 2016 Perhaps a free maneuver for you then instead? Cool, I stab Queg with a stimpack from the first aid kit I spent a DP to "find". 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this
Kaigen 826 Posted October 5, 2016 All right, I'm guessing that since the Maw is huge and dangerous, I'm going to need to make some kind of opposed check to Bind her. What should I roll against?
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 5, 2016 In the interests of giving you a chance I'll go with her Discipline, which is 3, so Hard. DDD
Prophyt 776 Posted October 5, 2016 (edited) Queg is stabbed with a stimpack. He is now at 2 wounds from max lol Edited October 5, 2016 by Prophyt

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 12, 2016 (edited) Sorry for the long delay guys, RL got seriously in the way, things are great but very busy. So it's NPC turn, Burn Baby Burn. Feeling the pull of the Force as Naught tries to hold her only sends the humongous beast into a rage. She opens her mouth and breathes a devastating blast of Fire across the hanger towards the little non human. Ranged attack, anything more than one Defence? sonovabith 936 Posted October 12, 2016 No worries, life has a tendency to do so. Is the beast targeting Naught? I don't think a Gand would appreciate being called a little human. haha
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 12, 2016 Fixed! I think I actually wanted to type humanoid and just forgot the oid part.

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 12, 2016 Burn Baby Burn: 4eA+2eP+3eD+1eS 3 successes, 2 advantage, 1 Triumph 11 damage, 2 Advantage to active Burn, Triumph to Crit.
Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 12, 2016 Naught got got... critically: 1d100
Kaigen 826 Posted October 12, 2016 That damage is enough to put Naught at Wound Threshold. Looks like the crit is "Head Ringer," increasing the difficulty of Intellect and Cunning checks for the rest of the encounter. 1 Richardbuxton reacted to this

Richardbuxton 7,319 Posted October 12, 2016 There is only one NPC now, a big one but still just one. She is fully within the Hanger now too, although not engaged with anyone.
