Sharpshooter - Deadly Accuracy

I am just starting to write down first character and I am not sure how talents works (or purchasing talents)-.

Can I "buy" Deadly Accuracy for Sharpshooter during character cration. It does not have pre-requisitiy so I am not sure if I can.

The only talents that can be purchased without owning a talent with a line connecting to the one you wish to purchase are the talents on the top row. All talents on rows two, three, four and five only become accessible for purchase when you already own a talent that connects to them. The "prerequisites" for a talent are the lines that connect to other talents. You aren't restricted to going down the tree. Your only restriction is that you have to follow the lines. 

 

In the example of Sharpshooter's row two Deadly accuracy, you must already own the row three Sniper Shot directly below it, as that is the only talent that connects to that Deadly Accuracy.

 

So you can buy that Deadly Accuracy at character creation. Before you can though, you have to buy Sniper shot right below it. To get to that one you have to have either Lethal Blows to the left of it or True Aim to the right of it. To get either of those, you need the talents above them.

 

Some of the talent trees are setup like this to make certain talents have a higher xp cost to get to them, without putting the talent in a lower row.
