John John 5 Posted January 24, 2016 Hey All, I'm very new to Armada and I'm looking to build a very simple yet mildly competitive list to progress with. Before I go out and buy all the explanations I would like your thoughts on this list and style of play. There are three main reasons for this list: 1) I want to keep things simple! I'm still getting familiar with the rules so I don't want to over complicate things with heaps of upgrade cards just yet (I forget to use them or lose track of when and how they can be used) 2) I'm not keen on the look of the small squadron models. I don't know why...I just prefer the bigger ships so I would rather play without them if I can? 3) I like lots of (different) ships on the table. chrisrivers 112 Posted January 25, 2016 (edited) You don't want Paragon and Ackbar. They work against each other. You also need to find the 6 pts for upgrading the Mc30 to a scout as it has red dice.
