Leveton 325 Posted January 15, 2016 (edited) Most of the time Luke will be better than Diala+Mak. Luke is pretty solid himself, and his Inspiring ability makes him a good fit in almost any list. Diala isn't bad -- with Shattering Blow and a Pierce 3 surge ability, she can get damage onto some pretty tough targets -- but Luke is generally better on a point-by-point basis. And Mak is just bad. If you aren't already using him, Gideon Argus is much better, and Diala+Gideon is a lot closer to Luke than Diala+Mak. Do you mind sharing what the rest of your list will be? Edit to add: In general, a core set Rebel list will really struggle to be competitive. Luke and Gideon are good, but the rest of the core set Rebels are OK at best.
