Dagonet 7,246 Posted December 22, 2015 After Earth is best summarized by: Although the movie is quite meta: A hypertalented father is forced to realize his son isn't as good as he is. 2 Robin Graves and GrimmyV reacted to this
Robin Graves 6,054 Posted December 22, 2015 Also the overengineered nonsense they came up with to fight the fear pheromone tracking aliens. Sealed armor. Now they can't smell your fear anymore. There. done. problem solved. 1 Dagonet reacted to this

Why? didn't you like Hugh Jackman beat up some universal monster knockoffs? I have walked out of two movies in my life. It is the second one. What was the first one? Movies I was contemplating asking a refund for: Inglorious bastards, that 2nd bayformers movie, Movies I almost yelled "betrayal!" at the screen: Prometheus, the happening, the A-team, JJ Star Trek Movies I should hate but don't for some reason: Prometheus, (yes it's on two lists) Indiana Jones and the crystal skull, the bay version of TMNT, Sucker Punch... I haven't walked out of a movie, if only because I won't let the director win, but I have sat yere contemplating ways for the director to die Edited December 22, 2015 by Robin Graves

Why? didn't you like Hugh Jackman beat up some universal monster knockoffs? If it had been called Castlevania would it have been a bit more acceptable? Or Wolverine origins 2? Wolverine vs Dracula. Now that I'd watch!* Just realised that would be completly canon for Marvel as they had other characters fight/be related to dracula in the comics. There is even a X-men story where they fight vampires. * There's also superman vs dracula: Drac bites supes and drinks his blood, blood wich is infused with solar energy because that how supes gets his powers aparantly. Que Drac exploding. 1 GrimmyV reacted to this
RogueCorona 1,043 Posted December 23, 2015 Watched Battleship last night. it wasn't as bad as it's Rotten Tomatoes ranking would indicate. I thought it was a decent movie to kill a copule of hours though I think they should have kept the opening scene from the novel with the brothers playing the namesake game. As much as I love Independence Day I consider it a bad sign that after seeing both trailers I am looking forward to ID4-2 much more then Star Trek: Beyond 1 GrimmyV reacted to this
