TRACTOR BEAM REDUCES AGILITY!

Definitely works well with the TIE/D title to reduce agility before the primary attack.  Not sure if it's worth it as your only attack, though.  I could see it being good in epic with huge swarms, where even after you spend a couple ships' attacks reducing agility, you still have enough other ships left to benefit from it.

After reading the article I have fixed it.

 

OP is correct.   Your agility drops by 1 for each token.

 

Tie Shuttle: Title Bomber Only, 0 points

 

Your upgrade bar loses a Missile, Torpedo, and Bomb Upgrade icons and gains 2 crew icons.   You cannot equip a crew upgrade card that is more than 4 squad points.

 

 

 

Long Range Scanners:  Modification   0 pts

You can acquire target locks at range 3 and beyond.  You cannot acquire target locks at range 1-2.   You can equip card only if you a missile and torpedo in your upgrade bar.

 

 

Tie Bomber:  Tomax Bren

Once per round after you discard an EPT upgrade card, flip that card face up.

 

 

Also the 7 Tie Defender is Maarek Stele Unique.    This is the first time we have a named pilot in the same faction.   I guess they will FAQ the other maarek too.    Looks like the same ability too

 

Title: TIE/X7:  Tie Defender Only:   -2 points

Your upgrade bar loses it cannon and missile upgrade icon.   After executing a 3,4,5 maneuver gain 1 Evade token.

 

Title: TIE/D: Tie Defender Only.  0 pts.
Once per round after perform a cannon attack secondary weapon that costs 3 or fewer squad points.   You may perform a primary weapon attack.
 
So yep fire your tractor and lower that agility then attack again with your main guns!    party!!!
 
Just like the video game,  Ion and Fire same turn!    Fun thing is I have been suggesting this for months now as have others.   FFG listens!

Not sold outside of its use with the Defender title. But, for a second there, I thought it was ABSURD on IG-88B, but then I realized, if the tractor beam hit, I wouldn't have a second shot anyways.... lol.

If you look close the 2nd modification card, states Once per turn when you attack using a secondary weapon with a 3 or less attack you may attack with your primary weapon after this attack.

 

So yep fire your tractor and lower that agility then attack again with your main guns!    party!!!

 

Just like the video game,  Ion and Fire same turn!

assigned to it follows special rules during
these phases:

Combat Phase: The agility value
of that ship is reduced by 1 for each
tractor beam token, to a minimum of 0.

End Phase: Remove all tractor beam tokens
from the ship.

 

 

So basically, it's theoretically possible to field four Tractor Beam equipped ships, reduce a cloaked Phantom's agility to 0, then one-shot it with a fifth ship. Right??? Wishful thinking??

 

Or maybe the agility value of a cloaked Phantom simply goes from 2 to 0, and it still gets its 2-green-dice cloak bonus.

 

Hmm.

 

Still ..... I foresee shenanigans!

Cloak tokens increase agility, it's not like being at range 3 or being obstructed.

 

So the current wording could theoretically neuter a phantom

Rebel Veterans would likely see X-Wing and E-Wing I think.  Z-95's and Y-wings are used consistently.  The two ships on the rebel side that need the most love are the X-Wing and the E-Wing.  They've made a terrific precedent with this pack.  Looking forward to seeing what they do with the X-Wing!

Check my thread above I viewed all the cards us Cad.    I don't see this one at all.

 

Unless your guessing the PS 5 defender has it.
