Can't install the app on Windows 10

I downloaded the companion app for XCOM and I extracted the zip file but I just can't get the app to install. What the hell do I need to do?

 

Starting to really p me off.

There is no separate install step - just unzip the archive and you should be good to go - just run the .exe and it should work
