Parasite Cage and Peter Pan?

If Deck 1 is using Ansem as their character, and they play a Parasite Cage to capture a Level 3 Beast, what would happen if Deck 2, who summoned Peter Pan, challenged Deck 1 and brought Peter Pan into the challenge, after Parasite Cage was brought in? Would Beast be released, and thus able to join the challenge?

No, Parasite Cage's ability is a come into play effect thus it triggers upon being played, after that it's just attached and can't be unattached without being defeated
