but halo of command says this: “When targeting friendly NPCs through skills that have either the Social or Leadership Aptitudes (such as Charm, Command, and Intimidate), he may affect a number of targets up to 100 times his Fellowship Bonus rather than 10 times that number as normal.”

 

sooo, how do you treat this??, without halo of command do you let them affect a numer of npc equal to FB or to 10 x FB???

what about if you have the talent?
