you can shoot the tlt 4 times in a turn on a ghost with a docked phantom. Tactician is only applied when the attack is declared. so it would only apply 2 stress.

Wow i managed to play like 2-3 events already with TLT Ghost, hell even on worlds there was TLT Ghost i think and you still ask on official response

Tactician happens after attacking and after attacking effects only trigger after both attacks from TLT have occurred. It is R3-A2 that triggers when an attack is declared.

So if you were to run Tactician can that 2nd TLT attack (using the docked Phantom title) be on any ship at Range 2-3 or the same ship, as the initial attack

The attack from the Ghost/Phantom title has no restriction on targetting except the normal one from the turret upgrade itself.

Tactician doesn't enter into it. The end-of-Combat-phase TLT attack can be on any ship that's a legal target for TLT. It could be the same ship that the Ghost attacked earlier, assuming it hasn't been destroyed or moved out of range or otherwise become untargetable, or it could be a different ship in the TLT's targetable area.

(The second attack of each TLT attack pair must be on the same target as the first, because of the way Perform This Attack Twice attacks work.)

If you're wondering if you can use Tactician to stress two different ships with a Ghost/Phantom, yes you can, provided they're both at Range 2 in arc (which includes the Ghost's special arc).
