GammonLord 324 Posted November 5, 2015 Hi guys, Ordered a good chunk of stuff for Armada a while ago from Space Rocks and, despite emailing their onsite email address several times have had zero reply. Anyone have Mike's contact details or even a phone number? Anyone else having similar issues/ delays with Space Rocks recently?
kami689 156 Posted November 5, 2015 (edited) When did you order the items from Space Rocks? Also how long ago did you contact them about it? I know a few months ago (i think around july or so) there were issues where a lot of their shipments were lost (lost by the shipper, not something they were able to control). I know there was a post on here about it and Mike actually did respond, i will see if I can locate the threadedit:https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/185973-some-space-rocksnet-praise/page-2?hl=%20space%20%20rocks above is the thread, Mike did post in it, but it doesnt look like he gave any different contact information. SterlingKnight 4 Posted November 16, 2015 I ordered it a few months ago and it eventually arrived a little late but it did end up arriving. You just may need to wait them out.
meekor 113 Posted November 22, 2015 I have done multiple orders with Mike and he has always come through with delivey...Shipping across the pond has many hazards either from the Royal air to customs inspection here in the states...Between last minute Holiday orders and moving might be a deterent on communication... Lyraeus 4,759 Posted November 22, 2015 They sent an email out to their subscribers stating that they had just moved and are getting things back in gear. They are also experiencing much higher volume of sales and are in the process of upping their production to match.
Moexy 0 Posted December 20, 2015 Hello all, I would also like to know the contact details for space rocks. Last week I ordered for the first time (as I just started playing with Armada) a Space Station, Debris and Asteroids pack. I didn't receive any conformation on the order or the payment they received. Today I returned to their website to see if it holds any extra info, but instead of going to the website it shows a cease and desist order from the Disney Company I don't know what to do now... Any help appreciated!

GronardII 385 Posted December 22, 2015 (edited) It depends how many complaints they receive. About a week ago, they pulled this crap with a Facebook user that had posted a picture of some product she had legally purchased. It was something the mouse didn't want show. Thing is, it's her property and she has the constitution right to take and share pictures on social media. The mouse had her FB locked out for 3 days. IndianaGeeking 5 Posted December 24, 2015 There is a huge difference between pictures posted of items legally purchased at a retail outlet, and infringing on a companies intellectual property. Sure, Space Rocks made some cool stuff, but they were profiting from copyrighted materials, without paying licensing fees. Intellectual property holders really don't like that, and they really don't care how many complaints they get. This isn't a new thing, either. I've been active in prop and costume replication for over 20 years, and you see this all the time. You just think, "Well, it was nice while it lasted..." and move on. *shrugs* 1 XMARXdotCOM reacted to this
