Are the Amazon fire tablets compatible?

Hi,

 

I purchased this game and played it using my work laptop (takes space and not very comfortable to me).

I saw that Amazon are releasing the new FIRE tablets and was wondering if they are compatible with the game's app?

I think that these tablets don't have the Google play store but Amazon's store (and the app appears there too)

I have a Kindle Fire HD (as I recall) that's about... 2-3 years old at this point. It runs the app. A little slow but not too bad. I would imagine the newer versions would likely handle it better.

I'm also using a Fire HD and it works just fine.
