KovuTalli 178 Posted September 15, 2015 Hi Hive mind just wanted to check something with CF. Say I have a Cf token and also reveal a CF dial, can I reroll a dice with token on first attack and then choose to add the dice on my second? Or so I need to do both within the same attack? DWRR 898 Posted September 15, 2015 (edited) You can only resolve each command once per turn. When you resolve a command you can spend the dial and/or the token as a single use of that command. You can then resolve their effects in either order but they must both be resolved before you move onto the "USE DEFENSE TOKENS" stage of the attack. Once you have moved past the MODIFY DICE STEP you have moved past the window in which you can use the CF command and to use it again on your second attack would constitute a second use of the command and is not allowed. KovuTalli 178 Posted September 15, 2015 I thought so, that's how we've been playing it but wanted to double check.
DWRR 898 Posted September 15, 2015 One thing to note is that you can spend the dial and/or token and then decide you don't actually want to re-roll anything or roll anything extra. You are allowed to resolve the command, loose the dial and token but choose not to resolve any of he effects. You still however count as having used that particular command for the once per turn limit.
