Runewars is the closest to battlelore story wise, it contains the same 3 factions (+ elves) but it's scaled up to armies fighting a campaign instead of individual battles. The fluff that comes from runewars applies to battlelore. Runebound is the story driven game that started it all, lots of fluff in the 2nd edition but the 3rd edition is being released soon. Budgernaut 6,255 Posted September 14, 2015 It really is unfortunate that there isn't more about the Runebound universe. Some books would be really nice.
