Also with SLAM I found you dont really need EU. If you are in a situation where you are going to take significant fire SLAM out of it, loose the shot and come back around next turn. Plus you are allowed to bump when you slam So feel free to just slam (pun intended) into whatever is gonna shoot you. I've flown it myself a few times and it demolishes anything with only 2 ships, and a lot of things with 3. That said, it's got it's weaknesses like many other lists.
