Thought is that Jendon and Jonus would stay in range 1 of the raider to give it a free target lock every round and to give it re-rolls on its secondaries while soontir and the ties kept anything from getting to close to the Raider

First off, drop the Gunnery team. You're already hogging the energy and you'd better use it for shields or firing the main weapon again rather than spending it to turn over a blank. Besides, you've got Jonus for the rerolls. And the Emperor to fix that for you.

 

You plan to use Coordinate on whom? As in, why Jendon?

You are right I had not thought about it like that, dropping gunnery team and jendon down to omicron without title will free up a bit of points

I'd find another six points for howlrunner- it's criminal to have so many TIEs on the table without her.

I would probably lose one of the ion cannons to free up the points- I doubt you'll have enough energy to fire all three secondaries past the first round. Having jonus around to help does make it a fearsome first turn attack. However, it looks like jonus is pretty much a 22 point upgrade for the raider in this list. Is he really pulling his weight?

I suppose you could double down on the jonus bonus by exchanging APs for ordnance carriers, but that is also problematic. I once flew jonus in a semi-casual epic game with a couple of HLC defenders and the raider and it seemed to do pretty well - not to say that list is optimal...
