100 point death matches are getting stale, and if you know me, then you know that I like doing ridiculously large games of X-Wing (1,000-3,000 point games!) because then it truly feels like a cinematically tactical experience.

Now, with the Raider out on shelves, I've had some time to throw a list together for tomorrow night's Beyond Epic game:

Going for full synergy support with Palpatine, Tarkin and Jenson + ST-123. I'm also mixing arc-dodgers, turrets and swarms into a single list, trying to get the best of all 3 archetypes into a single super-list. As for the Raider, I like to thinking set it up to be extremely resilient and powerful. Loaded to the teeth with guns and all the shield recovery one could ask for!

Anyway, I've been excited for the Raider all year long and I'll finally get to fly it tomorrow!

I don't want to be mean, but whats the point of posting 500pts list? 

Even normal,300pts, epic lists are blurry, you cannot find synergies sometimes.

In 500 all i can tell You are single ships build with reason? Yes they are in your case. But overall list...well at 500pts synergies, counters...they are non existent due to amount of ships and dice.

I changed some things here and there, for instance moved the Emperor over to a tanky Kenkirk and upgraded Jendon to Kagi to run interference.

 

Howlrunner is taking two AP's along for close support.

Vessery is sowing a Storm as heavy punchers while the Red Baron and his flying circus zoom about causing general havoc and being able to operate independently.

 

Tarkin hangs back and coordinates.
