wundergoat 74 Posted July 8, 2015 So, Yavaris says "each squadron you activate can attack twice if it does not move." Now, I take that to mean that instead of the usual move+shoot or shoot+move, your squadrons can also shoot+shoot. Therefore, if another ship with Adar activates a squadron and subsequently flips the squadron to not activated, Yavaris can then activate it later and that squadron can attack twice if it does not move during that activation. Functionally, that means a squadron could attack 3 time prior to the squadron phase. Is my interpretation correct?
Ghost Dancer 401 Posted July 8, 2015 Yes, if a ship activates a squadron then resets it with Adar, that squadron can attack twice if activated by Yavaris. Its a potent combo, esp if used on a named squadron (3 attacks from Keyan against a ship can be devastating).
mobow213 133 Posted July 20, 2015 Or use this with dutch to keep up to 3 imp squadron from attacking

Hedrahil 18 Posted July 20, 2015 Question related to Adar...He must be on the ship that uses the squadron command???
Lyraeus 4,759 Posted July 20, 2015 Both ships need to use the squadron command. Tallon does not work on the Yavaris ship. So using a token from the ship he is on is fair game

Maybe I'm forgetting Tallon's specific wording, but shouldn't you be able to activate a squad, move-shoot, Tallon the slider and then activate the squad again to shoot-shoot? When you execute a squadron command, you activate squads one-by-one.
Drasnighta 26,832 Posted July 24, 2015 I'll need to grab the cards to be 100%, but it could be in regards to the "When" article. Adar Tallon is after you resolve the Command... Which could be interpreted as after you have moved and fired, or fire-fired all of the Squadrons...THEN Tallon moves one of those who were activated back to inactivated...But if you want to get them to do it again, you need another Squadron Command at that point...Maybe? Like I said, not 100% on the card readings just yet.
Hooth 10 Posted July 24, 2015 ...Adar Tallon is after you resolve the Command... Oh yeah, this is right. Tallon is after the command is resolved, so you need him on another ship.
Lyraeus 4,759 Posted July 24, 2015 Correct it is after you resolve the squadron command. That means your Tallon ship can use a token to activate the squadron you want and then set it back up to activate again. Then your Yavaris Ned's to use its squadron command
Green Knight 9,746 Posted July 25, 2015 You CAN stick Tallon on Yavaris. - Resolve double tap. - Use Talon. - Have another ship use a squadron command. You still need 2 squadron ships though
