I don't have a specific strategy in mind, just looking to find value in data packs. So I looked around and found very few comparatives of that sort. I decided to start a poll on bgg to build a ranking between data packs. I need help from experienced player to rate packs according to their own knowledge and experience with them. Here's the link.
