Rebels Season 2 Trailer

Recommended Posts

WHAT

ARE THEY USING FFG MODELS FOR A-WINGS?

WHAT ARE THOSE LARGE NEW IMPERIAL SHIPS?

Edit:

Lol, shooting the TIE's while they are attached to the rack still XD

Guess the shield doesn't expend to cover any docked ships.

Another edit:

What the fuc - er Force?  A B-wing?  Asoka?  Maybe I should of watched the last 8 episodes of rebels...

Another edit:

Wow.  Wowowowowow.  I may have not liked the first 4 episodes of REBELS, but showing Darth Vader use the force to try to cause the guy to decapitate himself with his own weapon?  BADASS.  Some of the scenes looked silly, but the rest looked awesome.

Ooooh, Season 2 is going to rock the house. Ahsoka? Hondo? Rex? Vader? Holy crap! My inner geek just squealed with joy! My three favorite characters from TCW are back!

Edit: on a second viewing, when you see Rex and the two other clones, the one one Rex's left is Commander Wolfe. My guess as to the other one? I have 3....Cody, Echo or Gregor the Commando.

The blue A-wing is the original RMQ concept art.

It's also worth noting that, like the concept art, they don't have split fronts, so it's the earlier model A-wing.

This also nicely settles the A-wing scale argument just like Force Awakens trailer settled the TIE.

And it looks like Hera gets to be the first B-Wing pilot.

I'm sure they'll explain why Rex and the other clones there aren't under Imperial control, especially as TCW says they have biotech in their heads to increase loyalty.

But it does make sense for the Empire to ditch the clones once they got too old.

Biotech that was of varied reliability, as covered in those lost missions episodes.

Yeah, the panel says that because Rex knew about it from Fives it was less effective. And when he hesitated, he became a traitor.

It also said that Kanan has no love for the Clone Troopers, which when you think about it makes perfect sense. That's one hell of a character conflict set up there.

Huh... I guess in the new Star Wars canon, the A-wing wasn't invented after A New Hope.

That's not new, actually. According to Wookiepedia, A-wings appeared in a number of pre-Battle of Yavon events but were subsequently retconned into R-22 Spearhead A-wings.

So this isn't much of a departure as far as I can tell.

The B-wing, on the other hand ...

Could be the first pre-production model for testing.

Who is going to be the first to paint the orange B-Wing?

its not a b wing it's a H60 Tempest its got 2 cocpits heres the wookipedia link http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/H-60_Tempest_bomber

still its cool that the spearhead and tempest are staying canon

It is a B-Wing and not the Tempest. Cockpit is on the wrong side for a Tempest. Engine intakes match those of a B. And watch it when it launches. You can see the 2 wings unfold after takeoff.

Why is there a b-wing before the Mon cals joined the rebellion, **** I hate how they are screwing around with stuff.

Just re watched it and the short guy showing off the b-wing is a mon cal. I'm pretty sure anyway.
