The goal of the deck is to control. Most people build Rash to throw kill and wonder why they get loses. The damage pumps in this deck comes from many sources. But at the same end I have a lot of control elements that shutdown troublesome cards. Of course I have Maser of Magic, Yimfang, all life is prey combo. When I get my tekken stuff I'll make changes to add in G Corp leader. When death gets reversals then I'll replace my stuns with reversals. Just about every card has a block. My main concern is that I'm a bit to asset heavy.

Well, the attack lineup seems a little all over the place.  Two Rings Techniques is fine with stun and breaker, but I wouldn't run just 1, and I don't think it contributes that much.  Shadow Rises Cancels itself out for when you play Command, but you might as well just Throw-Command and have the same result.  I just feel they're too slow, and too small dmg to be worth running.  But I don't know what kind of damage output your getting, so maybe it works for you.  Personally I would split into earth a bit and add King of the Ring and/or Cobra Twist.  Crocodile Grasp - Cobra Twist - Command = lots of damage and one less card to draw.  I just don't think the seemingly random pokes are worth the space, but if it works then who am I to judge.

Thanks for the response. I only have 1 physical copy of Two Rings... so I can't put in another. The reason its in there is I get a lot of control out of it. I'm waiting on my No Forgiveness. My only problem is that putting it in would cost me foundations or actions. I will be getting Tekken stuff tommrow. So I will see what I pull from my box.  Command the Sandstorm is played because after 2 or 3 pumped throws the average ability to block a 4 speed is rare on turn 2 and 3. My main goal was trying to maximize the control element of Rashotep.

Right, which is fine, but the thing is, you don't have to do much to "maximize" his control elements.  I mean, you yourself said that Command is more of a "I'm throwing this for 6," as opposed to "I'm blanking your stuff for the turn."  I'd keep his blanking stuff, but cut out the "control" attacks.  In fact, I would completely shift him to Earth.  I know you lose the MM - Yimfang - ALiP combo, but Earth lets you keep all rashotep support, also gives you torn hero for counter control measures, and it gives you King support to limit their card draw.  I would cut the bracers by one, and replace the Crowns with Ancient Burial Ground if you can.  This would still let you hit characters, foundations, and assets.

 

But, if you want to keep him in death, then I'd highly suggest Tekken Forces as I think it would mesh well with your combo.
